International Trade And Environmental Protection

Chinese Dream or China Dream, it is a very promising future. Every Chinese wants their daily life to be better and better. Also this is the final end-result of China Dream.
In the past few year,China, the biggest population and economic country, has had a very fast and deeply development. For example, international trade, export and import are both the biggest in the world. International trade is very important to Chinese Economy. It is the biggest driving force to Chinese development.
Also in the process there too many problems arose. Some biggest problems are as follows:
The gap between the rich and the poor becomes bigger and bigger;
The cost of daily life becomes higher and higher；
Depending on heavy industry makes the environment worse and worse
……
The report shows that most of the exporting goods are machineries and chemicals，especially high energy-consuming chemicals，just like melamine，hexamine and so on.

Melamine tableware is safe，firm, non-poisonous and friendly to the environment. It is widely used all over the world.
So the requirement of melamine is more and more，this is chance for melamine manufactures. They enlarge their capacity again and again.
But there is a fact we cannt ignore，melamine belongs to high energy-consuming products，More capacity means much more pollutions to our environment.

How to deal with the pollutions？
I suggest to import. There are also many manufactures of melamine and hexamine in India，Russia，Middle-East countries and so on. Their capacity is far engough for China market.（2）
Frankly speaking，to import this kind of chemicals is not a new point. There are many exporters who are propagating this opinion.
But always they ignored one important factor：cost.
In fact the cost of melamine and hexamine is very low in the countries we mentiioned above. But when we are importing them to China，there will be VAT（17%） and customs（6% ）＜3＞.
After tax the price will much higher than it in China. There will be no market for importing at all.
The method is very good. But we need support from the government.
Environment protection is one of the biggest affairs for the new leader team. If our government cancels the VAT and Customs for importing high energy-consuming and serious polluted products. We believe we have no need to control them by administrative powers. The market will eliminate them.
